An attorney for over a decade, Kimberly Olson Lind serves clients both in and around her Long Beach, California office location, all throughout the state of California. Knowledgeable in employment law, Kimberly Olson Lind strives to help clients obtain the compensation they deserve and create better workplace environments. Kimberly Olson Lind also advocates for changes to current workplace rights laws by lobbying congress through the various organizations to which she belongs, and in particular, the California Employment Lawyers' Association.

Kimberly Olson Lind’s interest in law began while she attended Chapman University in Orange, California, where she was a member of the Mock Trial Team. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in political science and minor in comparative literature, she began working toward her law degree at Whittier Law School in 2006. Alongside formal education in business and international law, she worked as a law clerk at Sessions & Kimball, LLP, then the largest plaintiffs' side employment law firm in Orange County, where she gained real-world, practical employment law experience.

After graduation, Kimberly Olson Lind started her private practice in 2012. Some of the issues she litigates include concern whistleblowing, wage and hour violations and discrimination on the basis of sex, pregnancy, race, sexual orientation and disability. She takes cases to trial in California state superior courts and will follow cases to fruition through the appellate courts as necessary.
